Recruiting any villager in holoVillage: Our Cozy Days follows the same pipeline: build a vacant villager house, talk to the visitor until you can offer an invite, confirm the invitation, and they move in the next morning. The village holds a maximum of 8 villagers, and eviction is not currently supported.

Confirmed in-game. The Game8 review explicitly mentions Suisei can be 'sent hunting' once recruited — referring to the universal 'adventuring' job assignment available to all villagers.

Jobs she can perform

Job assignments in holoVillage are universal — any recruited villager can be assigned to any of the four jobs. Reviewer consensus is that work output is essentially the same across villagers; pick by personal favourite, not by stats.

• Farming

  Tends fields and harvests crops, pulling seeds from the workbox.

• Fishing

  Catches fish at unlocked spots; needs a rod stored in the workbox.

• Adventuring

  Sent into dungeons to gather materials and fight monsters.

• Shopkeeping

  Runs a shop counter once you unlock the relevant facility.
